Creating an Omnistar or Trimble GPS Signal (G2, XP, HP, RTX) Empty Creating an Omnistar or Trimble GPS Signal (G2, XP, HP, RTX)

In JDE:

Service Order Entry -> Enter Customer -> Select the tractor unit the GPS signal will be going on -> Use the "Signal 20_ _" as the work order name -> Click Work orders ->
it will be a SV ticket, the name should be "20_ _ Signal", the work type should be GPS -> Click the line underneath it to create the work order number

Go to the Parts tab -> put in the number of signals the customer wants -> (Check with parts to get the part numbers for each signal) put that in the description box -> the line type should be S -> click a line below and then hit save

Go to Order release (under the parts tab) -> check the box with the S next to it -> hit search -> find the signal -> check it -> hit release -> type OS -> Save -> Save -> X out of order release -> ok -> Print order

That will give you the PO number you need to bill out the signal

Figure out which website you need to go to
Omnistar store for G2, Xp, and HP (will need Omnistar ID # off of Display)
Trimble store for RTX (will need Serial # off of display)

For RTX (Trimble store)
**you will probably need to click on things more than once before it will continue on - I don't know why, they know about it but it hasn't been fixed yet**
Login -> My apps -> Partners store ->shop by dept. -> Trimble positioning services reseller store -> Search Workbench -> Input serial # into Service ID -> Hit new order (or renew order) -> Select Titan Machinery INC-> Select the user and store, then you will have to select it again ->Select Invoice -> Input correct PO # -> Select Industry (Ag Applications) -> If using Centerpoint make sure to select *1yr Std. Satellite Service* -> Double check all the information you have entered -> hit process order -> Accept Terms -> hit continue -> input desired email address (yours) -> Save the Code given -> that will be what you input in the customer display -> The next day you will get an email with an invoice, print it and give it to the person that receives in invoices

For G2, XP, and HP (Omnistar Store)
Before you make this signal have your customers go out to their tractor, fire it up, and make sure it is at least 100ft from any obstruction of the sky and that they can see satellites
Search Workbench -> Input Omnistar ID into Service ID -> Hit new order (or renew order) -> Select Titan Machinery INC-> Select the user and store, then you will have to select it again ->Select Invoice -> Input correct PO # -> Select Industry (Ag Applications) -> Select what they want -> Select a Georeference Zone -> Activation type: Immediate -> Have the customer switch to Omnistar signal instead of WAAS/SBAS -> Broadcast signal to the customer

Have them wait for 5-10 minutes and see of they see it start converging, if it has been about 10 minutes have them do a key cycle and see if it shows up then, if not have them check to see how many satellites are visible and that they are on the correct correction type then re-broadcast it (type in the Omnistar ID and you will see the information for that signal, check it all over and on the top you will see a button that says re-broadcast if you hit that it will send out the signal again.)
